8th Annual Beat Museum Poetry Festival
with Hosts Terry Adams & Fred Dodsworth
We are working poets, from all over the Bay Area, one to two generations younger than the original “Beats.” New voices, in a new, and no less troubled cultural crucible, invoking the “Muse” of the Beat heritage, on the generous stage of The Beat Museum. This year we have more performers from the dynamic East Bay poetry scene!
The Beat Museum Poetry Festival began in 2008, as part of a North Beach Artist Walk, organized and expanded by Bay Area artist Leah Lubin.
